1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We require photo evidence of the damaged goods sent to Contact@mat.city . Upon review, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

    

2. Manufacturing Errors: In the rare event that your product has a manufacturing error, such as a misprint or a missing element, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.

    

Order cancellations are not typically possible due to our quick turnaround times. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are not responsible for errors made by customers during the ordering process, such as incorrect size, model, or color selection. We provide detailed product descriptions and size charts to help you make informed decisions.
